Fawa is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use disclosure, and protection of information that is collected through our Service, as well as your choices regarding the collection and use of information.

How We Collect and Use Information

We collect the following types of information: When you create an account, we may collect your account user name, email address provided by you and your device identifiers for use in analytics and crash reporting systems. We may also collect if you chose to have a photo associated with your account. We may also collect billing information when you sign up for a premium service or subscribe to a subscription. If you remove your account from Fawa, we will destroy all the data associated with your account.

Sharing of Your Information

Personal information: Fawa values your personal data and privacy. For this reason, we do not keep your personal data that may be critical on our servers in an unencrypted form, and we never share it with 3rd party companies/persons, except for the cases stated below.

  • Your "ADID" (AdvertiserID) associated with you on your Android devices and "IDFA" (Identifiers for Advertisers) information on your IOS devices may be shared with 3rd party advertising intermediaries in order to show you more relevant advertisements.
  • We may share your anonymous and aggregated information with our third-party business partners, vendors, and consultants who perform services on our behalf or who help us provide our services, such as accounting, managerial, technical, marketing, or analytic services.
  • We may at any time buy or sell/divest the company, or any combination of its products, services, assets, and/or businesses. Personal information such as account user names, purchase history and device identifiers related to the Service will likely be one of the items transferred in these types of transactions. We may also share, transfer, or assign such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, dissolutions, or similar transactions or proceedings.
  • Except as described above, we will not disclose any personal information to third parties (including law enforcement, other government entity, or civil litigant; excluding our subcontractors) unless required to do so by the law or if in our sole discretion, we determine it is necessary to (a) conform to the law, comply with legal process, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) to enforce our terms of Use, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any claims or allegations, or to protect the security or integrity of our site; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Fawa, our Users or others.

How We Protect Your Information

Fawa cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect and that we share with our service providers. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our system 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Your Choices About Your Information

You may, of course, decline to submit any personal information through the Service, in which case Fawa may not be able to provide its Services to you.

Modifying Your Account Information and Settings:

You may modify your account information, update or amend your personal information at any time by logging in to your account. You can also stop receiving promotional email communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications. We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. As noted above, you may not opt-out of Service-related communications (e.g. account verification, parental consent notification, order confirmations, change, or updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Third-Party Tracking and Advertising:

We may share, or we may permit third parties and networks, social media companies, and other third-party services to collect information about the browsing behavior of our users of Service through cookies, social plug-ins, or other tracking technology. We may permit third party online advertising networks to collect information about your use of our Services over time, including location information so that they may play or display ads that may be relevant to your interests on our Service as well as other websites or services, or on other, devices you may use. Typically, the information is collected through cookies or similar tracking technologies. You may be able to “opt-out” of the collection of information through cookies or other tracking technology by actively managing the settings on your browser or mobile device. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on our website, are subject to that third party’s own rules and policies before proceeding.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

Fawa may, in its sole discretion, modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and so you should review this page periodically. When we change the policy, we will update the ‘last modified’ date at the top of this page. If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy or in how Fawa will use your personal information, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes prior to implementing the change or by directly sending you a notification.

Subscription Pricing and Terms

  • During your subscription period, you can get updated reports and notifications.
  • Subscription periods are 7 days, 1 month and 1 year respectively.
  • Subscription packages are auto-renewable by default, however, you can cancel your package anytime and you will still be eligible to access our services during your earned subscription period.
  • Payment will be charged to your Google Play or iCloud Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
  • Subscriptions can be managed, canceled, or auto-renewal turned off by the user. The user is expected to do this by going to the account and settings section of the specific application market, whichever type of mobile device and operating system the user is using. Our application does not provide a way to manage your order in its interface.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Security, How It Works

This application cannot interact with any other application on your phone, nor is it authorized to read/write/modify any files on your device, nor does it need to do that for it to work. Therefore, our application will not ask you for any "permission".

The services we provide are carried out through the official API (Application Programming Interface) and Service channels offered to 3rd party companies by the social media platforms you use (for example, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp).

The permission and authentication process between you and these API and Service channels is initiated on our website fawa.app, supported by pages with a number of explanations and descriptions, and takes place via OAuth2 (Open Authentication) popups that the aforementioned social media platforms will open in your browser. For this reason, no password or identity information is recorded by us, and the whole process actually remains within the platform where your social media accounts are located.

After you confirm what we can and cannot use on your behalf through these social media platforms, the social media data you currently see and consume is displayed in a more organized and compact way that the above mentioned platforms do not offer you. For this reason, our application does not have the opportunity to process or produce any information other than your own data and the service that the mentioned social media platforms can show you. Our application is not a "stalkerware" program that works secretly, where you can record and track private information of others.

Returns, Disputes

In these conditions, where the operation of our application is clearly stated, you are expected to continue using the application and make your purchases and subscriptions after reading, understanding and accepting this agreement. Otherwise, if your reason for the return is "not meeting your false expectations", your return request will -absolutely- not be made after complying with the clauses in the contracts of PlayStore, AppStore, Stripe and other payment processors. In all disputes between the seller "we" and the "buyer" you, all legal proceedings will be possible with lawsuits to be heard in the courts of the Republic of Turkey.
